We make a number of meads here at Bos Meadery, many of them available all year ’round. We pride ourselves on using local and regional ingredients whenever possible. Floral | Still | Dry
An elegant blend of just three ingredients – wildflower honey, water, and yeast – this is the purest expression of the meadmaker’s art. Enjoy its clean, dry flavor and gentle floral aroma. This mead works well with pasta dishes and fruit salads.
Wildflower Oaked Mead
Earthy | Still | Dry
Crisp and complex, this still (uncarbonated) mead is made with wildflower honey and is oak-aged for a sophisticated and complex fusion of flavor. This mead pairs well with poultry, buttered potatoes and roasted meats.
Buckwheat Wildflower Mead
Full-bodied | Still | Semi-sweet
This blend of buckwheat and wildflower honey results in smooth, rich, resonant notes. The floral, grassy flavors of this still (uncarbonated) mead are evocative of the depth and complexity of a fine scotch. Enjoy this mead with barbecued meats and spicy asian foods.
Tart | Sparkling | Dry
This pyment (mead brewed with honey and grape juice) blends wildflower honey, Riesling grape juice, and pomegranate juice for a light, refreshing beverage. The light, crisp flavors pair well with shellfish, goat cheese and crudités.
