My Dad was here visiting in May as construction was just getting underway. He was also here last weekend and helped out with mead making, or mazing, as I prefer to call it. (That’s worth its own post some day).

He sent me some pictures from both visits and I realized how much our location transformed in just a short time. So, here are a few pictures to show you before and after the construction took place and a peek at some family mazing of the Pinot Grigio Pyment.
